What food/drink/refreshments and catering arrangements have you made, or are intending to make for your event?

Will your guests be sitting, standing or just sitting down for meals?

Will food be served at tables, or buffet style?

How many guests will be seated around each table

Is a separate catering tent, bar, children’s or private area/s required?

 
 

Entertainment

Do you require a dance floor or stage?

Will furniture need to be laid out in different formations during different parts of the event e.g. tables and chairs
cleared away for an evening disco?

Do you need a performance area for musicians, dancers, speakers or entertainers?

Do you require TV/audio/video/PA equipment at your event and if yes, will you need to hire this equipment?

What will your electricity requirements be for music, catering, bar etc and where will electricity points need to

Toilets may not be required is your marquee is near a house or building with facilities that your guests can use.
